Elisabeth McMillan

Staffing Coordinator

Elisabeth McMillan has been with Minutes 4 Moms the past 3 years. She originally started with Minutes 4 Moms because she needed a flexible and consistent work schedule to accommodate her busy life while she was in school at Hammond High School. However, it quickly grew into so much more. The kids and parents made this ‘job’ no longer feel like one. Lizzy has made it her mission to learn as much as she can and continue to grow within Minutes 4 Moms as she studies at Elon University to become a Special Education Teacher. She assists in selecting the most energetic, caring, and responsible people to join our team and helping them get started.

Riley Cummins — Junior Staffing Coordinator

Riley Cummins is a recent graduate of River Hill High School in Clarksville, MD and a freshman at the University of Georgia where she plans to study Psychology. Riley has worked with Minutes 4 Moms as a babysitter throughout high school and is off to a terrific start in her new role with the M4M team.
