Delaney is the owner and creator of the original Minutes 4 Moms service that has been thriving in the Baltimore Washington Metro Area since January of 2017. She was an elementary school teacher in the Maryland Public School System for 3 years before leaving to work on building Minutes 4 Moms full time. She originally created the service while in school at The University of Georgia as a way to make babysitting a safer, more flexible, and professionally valuable experience for herself and her friends. Delaney currently resides in Sarasota, Florida.

Sara is the head of customer happiness; the happiness of both our families and our care providers. She works tirelessly to make impeccable matches and manage the schedules of our families and care providers. Sara herself started as a care provider with Minutes 4 Moms and while attending Hood College, transitioned to Lead Staffing Coordinator. After earning her degree in Public Health, Sara now serves as our Director of Operations. Sara currently resides in Maryland.

D’Asia is a part of our exceptional staffing team at Minutes 4 Moms. She leads many care provider interviews and assists in various other parts of our screening processes. D’Asia was a long-time care provider for Minutes 4 Moms while teaching first grade in the public schools, before her husband received transfer orders to Buckley Space Force Base in Colorado. They are now stationed back in Maryland, near friends and family as they prepare to welcome their second child. After two long years apart, we are thrilled to have D’Asia back on our Minutes 4 Moms Team.
